Delivery policy
The following Delivery Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases of goods ("Products") made by you ("You") from BrainyBand.NZ or SmartGames.AU ("we" or "us").
- BrainyBand.NZ and SmartGames.AU deliver Products throughout New Zealand and Australia, subject to the following terms and conditions
- For orders up to 3kg:
- Australia:
- Pick up is available in Campsie NSW 2194 Australia
- Australia Post delivery is available. Standard or courier delivery throughout Australia takes just a few days.
- International delivery charges are calculated on request.
- New Zealand:
- Pick up is available in New Windsor, Auckland
- NZ Post delivery is available. Standard or courier delivery throughout New Zealand takes 1-3 days, rural delivery might take longer.
- International delivery charges are calculated on request.
- For orders over 3kg:When you place your order and specify the delivery address, our system will calculate the cost of delivery taking into account the package weight, your address and warehouse location. If your order exceeds 3 kg, we'll calculate the delivery price individually and will get back to you with options.
