Items purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of purchase.

Items can be returned to us for an exchange or a gift card. You will have to provide the proof of purchase i.e. Order confirmation and receipt. The item will need to be returned to us at your expense.

If you cannot easily get to one of our stores, contact us to make arrangements.

Your exchange or gift card will be issued for the price you paid for the item, excluding any freight charges.

The item must still be in saleable condition, with any packaging intact.

If your order is delayed, or you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us and we will rectify the problem for you as quickly as possible.

If your order is delayed and you no longer require the item, we will arrange an exchange or a full refund.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange to collect the item from you and arrange a replacement or exchange.

We do not offer a refund if you change your mind, so please contact us straight away.

If the item is still waiting to be dispatched, we can arrange for the item to be cancelled and exchanged.

If the item has already been dispatched, you must wait for the item to arrive.
