Delayed Delivery, Incorrect Item or Faulty Items
If your order is delayed, or you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please
contact us and we will rectify the problem for you as quickly as possible.
If your order is delayed and you no longer require the item, we will arrange an exchange or a full refund.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange to collect the item from you and arrange a replacement or exchange.
If an item is no longer available for replacement, we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
